Farm land allocation in most cases use to be very complex as a result of human error especially when there is paucity of the farm lands. This research focus on the the problem and come with a hybrid solution by combining the Google earth imagery and Canny Edge detection. The Google earth will provide the imagery of the farm lands and the (CEDA) was be used for the allocation and a report will be printed with coordinate of each farm land. The final output of the research helps the three tertiary institutions; Federal University Gusau, Abdu Gusau Polytechnic T/Mafara & College of Agriculture Bakura, Zamfara state in allocating farm land to their staff and communities. Other importance includes: Increase financing income to the institutions, increase Agricultural commodity to the communities, increase capacity utilization of agricultural farms and reduce the level of poverty among the staff/farmers.
